User focused meet up – Beyond the UX Tipping Point
Our next lunchtime meetup is on Tuesday 19 February. In this session we will be showing a video of Jared Spool’s ‘Beyond the UX Tipping Point’.
Bring your lunch and discover what we can do to cross the UX Tipping Point.
Beyond the UX Tipping Point
According to Jared Spool, the ‘UX Tipping Point’ is the moment when an organisation no longer compromises on well-designed user experiences. Spool explains how organisations become more mature in their approach to serving customer needs and uses the example of Disney and their holiday experiences to illustrate his point.
The presentation we will be watching was delivered by Spool at From Business to Buttons (UX conference), May 2018 in Stockholm.
