Part of Information Services, the Website Programme team lead the evolution of the University’s web presence and facilitate collaboration in online content and service delivery across the organisation.
Stratos is the acting head for the University Website Programme, supporting the University's key strategic goals, while overseeing the management and support of the University’s corporate Web Content Management System (EdWeb) and other high-level University online services.
Bruce started in the University Website Programme in March 2013 as Product Owner of the project to build a new Content Management System for the University website. He continues to work in this role for the future development of our CMS EdWeb.
Neil has worked in public sector web digital management roles for over 15 years, leading on user training and support elements in the development and management of corporate web content management systems.
Colan’s initial scope is to take stock of the University’s digital environment and organisational structures, understand how web services are governed and managed and create the necessary networks to assist with delivering the main outputs of his work.
Duncan coordinates user support and training development, and schedules the workloads of our editorial team members. He is also interested in the ways we can use website analytics to understand users and improve websites.
Lizzie has been with the Website Programme since 2010, starting as an Editorial Assistant. She was the lead trainer for the Programme before shifting focus to User Experience and editorial training and projects. She was the first person at the University to gain accredited UX certification.
John is an Editorial Assistant within the user support and training team. He provides 2nd line support to users of the EdWeb CMS as well as advice and help to the wider web community. John delivers training in the use of EdWeb and Google Analytics.
